About Me
Hi! I’m Amelia Rampe. I’m a Brooklyn-based chef, recipe developer, culinary and dining expert, and video host. I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education and trained in restaurants under Jean-Georges Vongerichten at ABC Kitchen and Nougatine at Jean-Georges. My work can be found on The New York Times, Bon Appétit Magazine, Food & Wine Magazine, Food52, and thekitchn.com. Additionally, I am a former cookbook judge for the James Beard Foundation Awards.
I take my experience as a former food magazine editor and Michelin dining inspector and write a free newsletter called Did You Eat Yet? where I share original recipes, global travel and dining recommendations, and more.
I’m available for aligned partnerships and collaborations. Please fill out the form below to see what’s possible.
